The outcome of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is related to patient, surgeon, and implant factors. The purpose of this study was to quantify the effect of sex and implant sizing on the clinical outcome and survivorship of a TKA in a large series of knees with clinical and radiographic follow-up.
