Survival of All-Polyethylene Tibial Components in a Community Total Joint Registry

The advantages of monoblock design and lower cost have prompted renewed interest in the all-polyethylene tibia (APT) in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). This study reports the results of a prospectively followed cohort of APT TKAs performed in a community total joint registry over a 14-year period.
