Isolated modular polyethylene bearing exchange has met with limited midterm results. Nonmodular implants have decreased polyethylene wear but may require complete component revision for aseptic loosening. The purpose of this study is to report the intraoperative findings and clinical outcome for a consecutive series of isolated nonmodular tibial component revisions, which have not been previously reported.
