Introduction: The Trans-Epicondylar Axis (TEA) is widely used for rotational alignment of the femoral component during TKR. Conventional rotational alignment jigs have the rotational pivot point at the center of the distal femur. Most rotational alignment guides allow dialling up to 7 0 of rotation.
