Prior studies of revision total hip arthroplasty (THA) have determined that cementless acetabular reconstruction performs well in the setting of revision THA; however, the long-term results are unknown. The goal of this study was to determine the clinical and radiological outcomes of revision THA with a cementless acetabular component at minimum 20-year follow-up.
