The clinical and radiographic outcomes of 184 consecutive modular revision total knee arthroplasties placed with metaphyseal cement and press-fit cementless stems were studied at average follow-up of 49 months (range 24-132 months). The analysis was focused on subsequent failure mechanism and durability of the fixation method.
