Prospective Multicenter Clinical Trial of Hip Resurfacing Arthroplasty

Resurfacing arthroplasty has undergone a recent resurgence in popularity. Bone stock preservation and use of a large diameter head make it an attractive option, especially in younger patients. A prospective mulitcenter trial was undertaken to assess the clinical and radiographic outcome of resurfacing arthroplasty.
