Patellar double clunk syndrome following knee replacement

A single clunk following total knee replacement, patella clunk syndrome, is a well described condition. We would like to report clinical presentation, signs, peroperative findings and pathological features of ‘patella double clunk syndrome’, to identify it as a separate condition previously not been reported.
