Minimal-incision total knee arthroplasty (TKA) has gained attention in recent years. Our study was conducted to compare radiographic alignment and functional outcomes with 2 approaches to minimal-incision TKA: the mini–medial parapatellar (MP) approach with downsized front-cutting instruments and the quadriceps-sparing (QS) approach with side-cutting instruments.
