Infection-Specific Biomarkers in the Synovial Fluid

In a previous genomic study analyzing the gene expression of synovial fluid leukocytes from total knee arthroplasty infection, we identified a target list of infection biomarkers. The purpose of this study is to test 3 of these biomarkers for infection with immunoassay.
