An anonymous, postal questionnaire was sent to 200 BOA fellows who were also members of BASK. The questionnaire asked if they placed the tibial tray of a TKA in neutral alignment, internal or external rotation, to the femoral component. If relevant, how many degrees of rotation did they impart? Why did they choose this position and the reference points they used to align the tray? Finally, we asked if this position was achieved with the knee in extension or in flexion? The questionnaire and the results are shown.
