The new PFC Sigma RP-F knee is designed to provide ROM of 155° without increasing contact stresses in the polyethylene by providing a third articulating surface and simultaneously allowing for proper patellar tracking. The purpose of this prospective study was to explore the question whether design-related ROM could be improved.
